Chris Mackey is a senior business analyst at the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.  The Open Polytechnic is an open and distance learning tertiary education institution located in Lower Hutt, New Zealand.  Chris has been with the Polytechnic in this role since 2003. Prior to this he worked in a varity of roles, including project management, line managment and operational roles, in the insurance sector.  Chris has extensive knowledge in Student Management Syatems and a developing interest in process workflow systems.
