·10 years professional experience in ICT related projects
·5+years of experience in hospital information systems (HIS) and related healthcare technology such as:

Electronic health record (EHR)

Electronic medical record (EMR)

Electronic prescription / drug record

·Experience with business process modelling (BPMN) and change management

·Managed projects in the domain of integration, Identity and Access Mgmt, change management and roll-outs
·Advanced knowledge of requirements gathering using the Volere methodology
·Experience in product design for the healthcare market

·Experience in Agile – and extreme software development (SCRUM) 

· Understanding of common (healthcare) standards such as:

HL-7, RIM, DICOM, MEDIBRIDGE

· Understanding of ICT environments

Project managent experience:

Scrum, PM@hict (Prince2) and ISGDP (PMbok)
