·         9 years professional experience in ICT related projects
·         4 years of experience in hospital information systems (HIS) and related healthcare technology such as:
 ·        Electronic health record (EHR)
 ·        Electronic medical record (EMR)
 ·        Electronic prescription / drug record
·         3 years experience in integration, change management and roll-outs of HIS systems·         experience in product design for the healthcare market·         Experience in Agile – and extreme software development and coaching principals such as SCRUM.
·         Understanding of common (healthcare) standards such as:
 ·        HL-7, RIM, DICOM, MEDIBRIDGE
·         Understanding of ICT environments and protocols such as:
 ·        VB.NET, SQL, VBA·        HTML, XML/XSLT, SOAP
 ·        Microsoft products and Windows DNA
