I have been in the Software development business since 1998. During this time i have mainly been involved in Microsoft development and have been through VB5 and 6, VC++, .NET 1, 2, 3 and 3.5.

I have been a consultant for the better part of my carrer, from 1999 to 2005 at Capgemini and then from 2005 at Avega.

My assignements often involve application architecture roles and leading a programing team. Since i have been introduced and used SCRUM i can see no way back. It's the only way to have control and be sure to guarantee quality.
