I have been involved managing teams to improve buisness performance and delight customers for over 15 years.   I joined Esri where I am help deliver technology enterprise framework applicaitons to help all of Esri deliver value to our customers.   Prior to my work at Esri, I worked for Sun Microsystems’ business intelligence (BI)  group where as a program manager I led multiple global teams managing BI requirement life cycle management delivering BI solutions aligned to releases of a major ERP implementation while providing global business engagement to sales, sales support, and service.  Additionally, I partnered with and provided subject matter expertise into the corporate strategy and planning group designing a global measurement and metric hierarchy.  I have worked in high tech, innovative companies (Sun Microsystems, Storage Technology, General Electric, Honeywell and Unisys) as well as pharmaceutical research and development (SmithKline Beecham, Rhone Poulenc Rorer.)   I presently hold a Six Sigma Black Belt certification as well as being a Project Mangement Institute Project Manager Professional (PMP).
