I have thirteen plus years combined experience as a mainframe programmer for state government and financial applications, five years as a Quality Assurance Testing Analyst, and recently have made a career change to Information Technology Project Management.

My goal is to learn how, when, and why to apply agile processes to Information Technology projects and work efforts in an effort to share my responsibilities for enabling "speed to market" for the Information Systems services and products that my company provides.
