I work with Caplin Systems as  a Senior Software Engineer. I work on both Caplin Xaqua and Caplin Trader components which provide single-dealer platforms for the investment banks. I develop multi-threaded, real-time, high performance and low latency applications for Caplin, usually in Java or C#. I develop in Java (Hibernate, JUnit, Servlet, JMock, Mockito) C#.Net(NHibernate, NUnit), Javascript. I also perform line management duties in the company.
