Alexandre Boutin - Yahoo Intl Engineering Process Group Strategy (current)

Aleandre was graduated at ENSIMAG (French University) in 1989.

Alexandre has 20 years experience in software industry and has played all roles from Developer to Director (Managing 140 people). He started working on methodologies 10 years ago by managing ISO9001 and CMMi accreditations for a French software agency.

Alexandre joined Yahoo in 2004 to define and implement a software development strategy for international engineering teams based on a common delivery framework flexible enough to be implemented by using agile methodologies. He promotes agile practices and coaching (Scrum) and Lean thinking concepts in several regions (EU+ASIA+INDIA+LATAM).

Alexandre has co-organized the 2nd Agile Grenoble event in October 2009 - More than 300 participants attended 25 sessions.
