Harish Kandiyil is a Certified Scrum Master and a Project Management Professional. He has long standing experience in the IT industry working in India and UK in various capacity. He started his career as a programmer and has worked in his initial years on C++, Visual Basic and Powerbuilder.

Over the last few years he has worked in various roles in IT industry and has acquired good knowledge in all areas of Software Development. Managing and leading development teams and interacting with client came next and he was successfully able to demonstrate technical and managerial capabilities in handling projects in Development, Testing and Implementation areas to the senior management. He then moved on to the position of a Project Manager/Scrum Master in a .Net/C#/Oracle Project leading a team distributed between Onshore and Offshore locations. In this role, he had worked in the capacity of an Agile coach and as a Scrum Master guiding the team in the right direction. He took an active part in the Scrum roll out process in this project.

He is also having the experience of managing projects under PRINCE2 methodology and is a certified PRINCE2 practitioner.

He is a keen learner and keeps himself updated on the Agile space by reading materials on various websites related to Agile and Scrum.
