Since March 2011, the company started to work with Agile methods like KanBan and Scrum.
I was responsible for the product so I became logically Product Owner for Classifieds websites LaCentrale.fr and AnnoncesBateau.com : definition of the product, management of the backlog product and so on, but I also participated in the implementation of this new organization and trained teams to work with Agile rules.
