Tim has 20+ years of extensive experience in the High Tech and I/T industries, which includes 15+ years in Program and Project Management working at some of the top large corporations in the country including Motorola, Hewlett-Packard, Lucent Technologies/AT&T, IBM, and Microsoft. 

He is an outstanding, award winning Entrepreneur, Principal Consultant and Senior Executive Program Manager with a consistently strong track record of business development, portfolio management and product/program/project delivery.  He has 6+ years managing Agile start up and Waterfall-to-Agile transformations while leading and coaching development teams to successful product delivery. Tim is a software development process expert and coach with emphasis on delivery and continuous improvement.  Tim is certified in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile Software Development using Scrum.
