I got started with software development at age 8 although I wasn't making much money with it at the time.  Now, I'm a little bit more successful having worked at various types of software development companies.  My current role is as a Software Development Manager for SunGard Higher Education where I am responsible for managing a team as well as various technical initiatives throughout our organization.
