Joe Hausknecht most recently served as the Manager of the Project Management Office for the Oklahoma Office of State Finance. OSF is the central information technology agency for the State of Oklahoma, under the state Office of the CIO. Prior to OSF, he worked as a Senior Project Manager with the Data Services Division of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.

He serves as Vice President of the PMI OKC chapter, with specific responsibility for the volunteer program. At the Oklahoma State University, Institute of Technology, Joe is the IT Project Management Advisor and has served on the Project Management Forum for the National Association of Chief Information Officers.

Served with the United States Air Force, around the world and in many different capacities, Joe worked as director of management information systems and a project manager, business analyst, statistician, trainer, logistics manager and programmer.

Active in his community as a volunteer project leader for his neighborhood association, and considers volunteerism the cornerstone of a productive, vibrant community.
