"How to transform from traditional project work towards Scrum keeping the budget, resources and time in balance? How to keep customer satisfaction high? How to meet or exceed the expectations of a project using scrum?"

These are the questions in my mind when starting a new project. My personal challenge is always that how to keep these in mind for every individual within a project and make a project to be successful. This means all team members full contribution and I see my role of a communicator between the team itself and between the team and the stakeholders. How to accept the current and make things happen, execution is the key word here. I enjoy of challenges and try to keep my team motivated and aware of the situation as much as possible. Traditionally the projects are driven by constraints and assumptions but how to balace between traditional milestones and scrum before the stakeholders are fully aware and can accept the beauty of Agile? This I see my main challenge now.
