Dr. Raman is well versed in several methodologies/frameworks for managing projects like Agile, Prototyping, Waterfall, V-model, Kanban, etc. He has supported all aspects of the software lifecycle (SDLC) and has developed and implemented policies consistent with ISO 9001:2008 and CMMi standards. Apart from project management, process improvement and implementation, Dr. Raman has also spearheaded automation techniques and recommendations for SoA, Web Services, functional QA, and complex data analysis. Dr. Raman currently works as a senior consultant and mentors other up and coming project managers and organizations to adapt Scrum for their projects. Apart for his day to day work, He has published a book, titled "Conquer the Fundamentals of Scrum." Dr. Raman is also looking to publish case studies on Scrum practices for software development to share his experience with others. A particular interest is how Scrum can be implemented with remote teams - a common theme with many organizations today.
