1. Program : Motorola’s next generation public safety product suite on common technology architecture. Motorola has developed both the Mobile and Computer Automated Dispatch (“CAD”) applications.
§ Maintain a unique people-focused implementation track to mitigate the impact of social and technical change.
§ Collaborate directly with product owner and other stakeholders on mechanics of Agile methods to achieve optimal team effectiveness.
§ Ensure the adaptive Governance with collaborative, flexible and learning-based management and portfolios for monitoring & reporting
§ Manages Program operations working closely with the Product owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Portfolio Manager & other stake holders

§ Understanding the Client process with Business perspective and defining a new Agile Process Model including procedures, templates and checklists. Archiving the process on WIKI by centralizing the information and making it transparent.
§ Involved in defining lightweight Agile Process Model, (SCRUM, XP– Best Practices and UP model) as well as the existing processes of the client.
§ Derived the team towards agile manifesto & Lean thinking with statistical analysis by using different metrics for development and testing activities is generated to evaluate the performance of the project at various grounds and work for its improvisation.
§ Facilitation of process by conducting the training sessions and practically driving the workshops by Agile Coach like Requirement/Design workshop, iteration planning, estimation planning , Standup Meetings, review process , Sprint Review meeting , retrospective sessions, Release ( assessment workshop)

3. Project: Developing eFASS (electronic Financial Analysis and Surveillance System) under the umbrella of Agile practices (Scrum)
§ Understanding the Client process with Business perspective.
§ Defining a new Agile Process Model including procedures, templates and checklists
§ To drive the team towards agile manifesto & Lean thinking.
§ Enable the team toward practicing Scrum and most of the best practices in Agile project management like Requirement Workshop, Design Workshop, SAD, Retrospective, Continuous Integration, Information radiator, Confluence WIKI usage etc
§ Collect, Analyze and present the metrics for the pilot projects to demonstrate value added by the new process though Project dashboard using Confluence WIKI

Achievement: Conducted effective Iteration retrospective in projects using various techniques like Heartbeat & Plus Delta. Helped in the usage of various low-cost tools that could be used to improve productivity and code quality such as JUnit, Cruise Control and JIRA for defect tracking and project Management activities.
4. Project: Test Driven Development approach and leveraging the expertise to Sony Ericsson in Telecom Services (SCRUM, XP, TDD)
