I have background in software development in wide range of technologies and platforms and in variety of different companies ranging from small start-ups to large enterprises. I am one of the co-founders of the Wessex Scrum User Group based in the South of England. Since early 2007 I have been involved in Scrum/Agile transformations and continue to inspect and adapt and help others think for themselves in their context. I am a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer for .NET and also Certified Scrum Practitioner/Master. I am passionate about Scrum and Agile practices and I love helping teams adopt Scrum.

You don't have the resources to hire from outside and the internal candidates are either not perfectly suited to the position or cannot commit their time. On Unlearn What You Have Learned
Very good list! I would say that while some of the points are obvious others are not so obvious. Looks like a good read to recommend to both new and not so new to scrum teams.
