Assignment: Outsourcing of IT development (gain agility, optimize IT dept. efficiency) Assignment: Agile Coaching (Scrum, multidisciplinary teams, multiple SMs & POs) Ovidiu worked directly with the Scrum teams of LOI, with direct involvement from IT management and the CIO. The focus was on supporting the on-site and off-site teams hands-on. In particular, Product Owners and Scrum Masters were coached on best practices and experiments were recommended for each improvement. Certain ceremonies or artifacts were worked on in detail and improvements were picked up by the responsible persons. Additional support on stakeholder management, technology best practices (XP principles, agile architecture) and self-organization was also part of the coaching sessions.
