Adolfo Cruz is a seasoned professional in the software industry, with more than 15 years of experience in IT consulting, actively participating in development and management of a wide range of projects including ERP and CRM integrations, in-house banking operations and more recently, SaaS and cloud-based systems. As the PMO Director for Scio Consulting, he leads agile project management and lean software development initiatives as well as the processes and systems that support them. He  holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) at Monterrey.
