From FY10 to Present: Plans, executes, and controls program activities to effectively manage scope, schedule, staff, funding, risk, and quality for multiple DoD customers throughout all project lifecycle phase via the efficient management of software design, development, integration, testing, and sustainment tasks to support multiple healthcare enterprise systems and applications.
From FY09 to Present: Leads organizational business development initiatives by identifying and fostering partner relations with socio-economically disadvantaged small business executive managers by orchestrating strategic alliances and teaming agreements through an established Mentor Protégé program that enables senior leadership to work closely and diligently with partner companies to appropriately leverage inherent and complimenting characteristics, while ensuring that their potential will not only be reached, but realized.
In FY09/FY10: Developed, defined, and refined the “DoD Biometrics Roadmap” that illustrated the plans and procedures necessary to effectively and efficiently manage the requirements identification and acquisition processes for the Biometrics Identity Management Agency’s (BIMA) Biometrics Integration Analysis Initiative (BIAI) DoD Biometrics Universe.
