Lately I've taken on an Individual Contributor's role focusing on tool enabling strategies for automated functional & performance testing and "virtual services" (web & JMS service stubs). It's very interesting getting personal insites about the challenges of delivering directly to a non-technical business as opposed to working in a company where high tech is the core competency as I had been doing in the years before joining my current employer.
