Ana Sofia Cysneiros Marçal is the Chief Project Officer at Instituto Atlântico, a CMMI 5 brazilian research and development company. She has been working as project manager for more than 9 years, and has more than 19 years of experience as a software developer and engineering leader of software applications. Since 2007 she is working strongly with agile practices combining Scrum and CMMI and as an internal coaching of Scrum and other agile practices. Marçal earned a BSc degree in Computer Science in 1987 at Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), Brazil.
