I held the position of Solution Manager for a Managed Services Telecom Operations Practice (MSTOP) implementation project for the Hutchinson 3G hosted messaging solution within the Network Operations Centre in Stockholm, Sweden. I was responsible for solution implementation using the ARIS toolset, and for ensuring that the solution delivered was effective and conformed to the contractual obligations specified by the customer. The work involved the development and customization of processes and work instructions and their adaptation to the ways of working already in place within the Network Operations Centre.

I held the position of Process Analyst within a team investigating the transformation of consulting practise and profession within Ericsson. The role involved benchmarking the existing organisation structure, practise and roles with external consulting companies.
