My professional experience began at the Rapattoni Corporation, where I put my Bachelor's of English to work, and became a Technical Writer and Business Analyst. In my time at Rapattoni, I quickly grabbed the reins of my Team, and began taking on responsibilities more attuned to a Project Manager. In time, I began reaching out to recruiters, and was eventually placed at Cooking.com, as an IT Project Coordinator.
Within my time at Cooking.com, I've been managing several projects simultaneously. These projects range from building entire E-commerce web sites, enhancing existing sites, adding feature sets to existing sites, and redesigning, restructuring, and refactoring existing sites for added value and additional return on investment.
Within a year's time I was promoted to IT Project Manager, and now guide all projects through the Technology Department. Offshore and in-house projects all filter through me, and I'm the acting Scrum Master for all ceremonies across all projects.
Shortly after, I moved to Dex One Digital, where I transitioned multiple teams across the organization to Agile methods. I continue to train, advocate, and coach teams in multiple offices located in Santa Monica and Denver. All while continuing to facilitate my daily team meetings.
