I joined the company during their 5th two week sprint as the Agile Coach/Project Manager and guided the 5 development teams to become high performing scrum teams. I serve as coach to the Scrum Master, Product Owner and Teams during Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Demo and Retrospective. I foster a team culture of open communication where people speak freely about all areas including: design ideas, estimates, working smarter initiatives, issues, etc. I manage projects against the agile SDLC and continuously evaluate and evolve the process.
May 2012 – October 2012 Ramped up 4 additional scrum development teams in China
*I conduct a daily Scrum of Scrums with the China teams to facilitation communication with issue resolution and managing expectations.
September 2011 – April 2012 -145 projects delivered
