I started to work in 1992 at the Hungarian subsidiary of Program and System Engineering (PSE), a software development company of  Siemens AG Austria. After working almost a decade in the software development in various positions like developer, team leader, project leader and later line manager of an organizational unit I have faced several times the difficulties of project-, quality- and line management issues. This personal experience triggered me to find ways how to make use of the experiences of individuals and teams (Lessons Learned) in a multinational and multicultural environment. In the last 3 years I have been working as a QM of a mid-sized SW development department and one of my tasks is to support developer teams in introducing and using agile techniques and methods like Scrum. I regulary hold project retrospectives for developer teams and sprint retrospectives for Scrum teams.
