I had worked as a software developer around 10 years, wich was one of the most powerful passions for me, I really enjoy when you only have a vision of something, sometimes in paper, sometimes just in your brain, when I turn those ideas in something usable and functional that is one of the most grateful moment that my work gives me back.

Right now, I'm in another phase of my professional career, as a responsible of a great team of Software Development, my mission is engage my team, customers and business managers, to have a shared vision:  being happy and having a great ROI based on our work.
