I've got acquainted with Agile as a Project Coordinator and since then was able to see Agile from different perspectives: Project Manager, Product Owner, Software Testing Engineer, Team member, Scrum Master and Business Analyst. I have started conducting trainings/seminars on Agile more than a year ago and I like sharing my knowledge with others. I like seeing how people gain understanding what is Agile and how it can help them and see my role as sharing experience and helping teams in this understanding. Now I have started to help teams in setting up Scrum process and adopting Agile practices. Also recently I have started initiative of creating our Kyiv EPAM Agile community and planning to keep it up. My main skills are setting up communications, actually communication and translating things into understandable for each particular person language.
