I've worked at Media General since the inception of its Digital Media division in numerous roles including that of developer, help desk/support manager, and advertising operations manager. Working with the then VP of Technology, I was tapped as a member of the core team responsible for introducing agile, scrum methodologies, and a variety of related tools to our division's staff. I've served in a ScrumMaster role (and at times, Product Owner) full-time since 2008.
