Ilja Preuß was born 1972 in Berlin, Germany. After trying to study computer science he switched to a self-study of Extreme Programming and Object Oriented Development. For a decade he worked in teams as a developer, agile evangelist, and increasingly as trainer, facilitator and coach. Since 2010 he is a full time Agile Change Agent at it-agile.

When he isn't at a customer, bringing the joy of effective collaboration to organizations, he likes to sit on the sofa next to his wife and cats with a good red wine, watching movies or playing board games.
