My main task was to manage the development team of 10-40 members, and direct the development or integration process of the products and solutions of the company developed for big and middle sized telecom service providers. The products are: Telecom OSS/BSS, Billing, Monitoring, Web portal based customer care system and workflow engine on PC platform using Java technology and on AS/400 platform using RPG. Besides I also have advisory tasks on IT audit, Business analysis and Business development.
