Yi XU specializes in large (>500 people) Agile transformations. After mastering black box testing in all its flavors – including ATDD, exploratory testing contributing to a test automation system for a 500 people organization, he moved onto the next logical step and started teaching Agile/Scrum practices to organizations being coached. His interests include but not limit to Agile, Scrum, Lean, all flavors of testing.

Yi XU is a frequent speaker and organizer of domestic Agile conferences, including Agile China, Scrum Gathering Shanghai, Agile Tour China, and local Agile community gatherings at many places. He is also actively joining international conferences, e.g. Agile Testing Days.

Yi XU coordinated the Simplified Chinese translation of Agile Manifesto, translated many articles for InfoQ Chinese site. He is also an experienced book translator, from English into Chinese, the books he translated or is translating are listed below:
