Sathya, started his career as a Hardware Engineer, risen to Network Engineer, PC Architect, Trainer, Consultant to a Transformation Program Manager. 

He has been working in LN from the version 3.0, Beta certified advanced App Dev. & Sys Admin for 6, 7 versions in LN. 

Have consulted more than 200 companies in India for Lotus Notes Dev & Admin. As a trainer, has trained more than 2000 professionals in Lotus Domino, Windows Administration, Network & Router Architecutre and configuration, Hacking and TCP/IP settings, Database Architecture and Oracle. Worked in Education, Healthcare, Pharma, Automobile, Finance & Aeronotical domains. 

Sathya was the ideator for IView product. Authored 14 course materials in Lotus Notes and related technologies. At IBM, 3 times Bravo award winner, submitted 23 DD, 16 IC's & queued for a single patent (never worked out). 

Single logo winner in IBM for "Ideate, Integrate & Innovate". 

Presented break your ideas thru Innovation thesis sumbitted for MPhil.

Trained by Astrowix on PMP, Adept on CSM SolutionsIQ on CSPO. Sathya is an activer participant in PM Groups in Chennai and Bangalore. He has presented more than 5 papers on PM topics at various events.
