Adrian Royce. I live in Brisbane. I have worked for almost 20 years in the IT industry in diverse roles as Business Analyst, PM, trainer, Development Team Manager, consultant and developer. However having been on plenty of projects where the project team was stretched beyond the limit because of changing requirements, priorities, changing stakeholders; SCRUM has completely changed the way I view project management. Right now I work as Development Manager for the Dept of Housing.  Since the department has embraced SCRUM, all of our projects have been successful and business confidence in IT's ability to deliver has grown considerably. A great success! In particular as government enterprises are often relunctant to embrace agile project management.
