The Agile Development Factory at Mphasis is responsible for providing enhancements and new functionalities to the Vodafone UK’s web portal based on the requirements of the clients.
My Responsiblities:
•Participating in structured Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to further define and validate requirements.
•Elicitation of requirements through Direct Onsite client interface and preparation of Storyboard.
•Prioritization of User stories and providing relevant story points.
•Proposing and successfully implementing process changes to improve efficiency of development teams leading to effective and timely delivery.
•Liaising with the Architects and Solution Leads on preparation of HLD (High Level Design Documents) and facilitating meetings with the developers for effective and efficient development activities.
•Leading the development team, ensuring that the team is developing functionality as per the requirements and acceptable quality standards.
•Facilitating the Scrum calls including the Scrum Kick off, Daily Stand up, Show & Tell and Retrospective sessions.
•Assisting the Scrum teams with estimation of efforts and commitment for deliverables for the Sprint.
•Ensuring clear and timely communication with the clients on status of completion of the Business Requirement Backlog.
•Preparation of Daily Status Reports and Burn Down charts and tracking the stories to closure in Rally.
•Issue management and ensuring that the defects are tracked to closure.
•Assisting the clients in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
