Paul Aliff leads Madison Henry’s Management & Organizational Consulting Practice as a Managing Partner, having 20+ years of experience helping organizations align business strategies with enterprise information and software solutions with a focus on organizational development, change enablement and technology spend optimization.
Before co-founding Madison Henry in 2005, Paul helped build a $25 million consulting practice with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner while earning numerous client and partner satisfaction honors, including Microsoft’s Southeast Partner of the Year.
Beginning his career with Dun & Bradstreet in 1991, Paul developed a strong foundation of information management and commitment to client satisfaction while progressing through progressive levels of responsibility within operations, consulting and business development.
Paul is a 1990 graduate of the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Minor in Communication Studies.
Paul has been practicing Agile and Scrum Principles since 2004, having earned the designation of Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance under Jeff Sutherland, the inventor of Scrum. In addition, Paul is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
