Franz Ivancsich changed from the financial sector to the IT-industry in 2005, as software engineering processes constantly were part of his work life and became a passion over time. Being always interested in learning and personal growth, he also adopted skills in training as trainer for derivatives or at a university for applied sciences. Becoming a coach was a natural development for him. He combines a strong background in finance and experiences in different sectors with softskills and process knowledge like Scrum and Kanban, that are aimed to help people to develop a mindset of shaping themselves constantly to the better, what makes him a natural coach and trainer.
