The objective was to modify the system to create a new tool that could blend portfolios of weighted financial products and display aggregate portfolio data in the web application tools and reports. As Product Owner I was responsible for release planning, and grooming the product backlog. I wrote the user stories and acceptance criteria and identified potential risks. I participated in sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings. I answered team questions in the daily stand up. I maintained the sprint and risk burndown charts, and the release burnup chart. I frequently reviewed team progress, and helped to remove impediments to progress. I reviewed the results of the continuous integration process with automated integration tests, and participated in the test driven development process to ensure automated tests covered all new code. The business sponsor and I provided acceptance of the final product.
