Laszlo is living in Budapest, Hungary. He worked as a developer at Nokia - Core Networks. Here, he gained experience on very large projects and the traditional ways they are run. He has participated in the transformation of two large projects (IMS and MSS) from Waterfal development to Agile. He has gained experience how to use and what parts of Scrum can be used in large maintenance projects.
In 2007 he has started to work for Ericsson. At the moment he is spreading Scrum and XP methodologies in his department.
His main interest is how to transform large Waterfall projects to Scrum driven projects. He also focuses much on the XP practices, especially test-driven development, pair programming and continuous integration.
