Alex Rush is an independent software engineering professional with over 20 years industry experience. Prior to founding ExperShare, LLC in 1999, Alex held executive positions with KPMG Peat Marwick, Computer Sciences Corporation and Agilent Technologies. Alex’s current work with ExperShare is focused largely on software engineering process improvement including pragmatics of Agile, Scrum, Iterative, Use Case-driven and other formal methods. Alex has developed a portfolio of successful projects over the years in a variety of industry segments including financial services (retail banking, brokerage and portfolio management), telecommunications, biotechnology, manufacturing, and semiconductor testing.

Alex earned a CSM and became a member of the Scrum Alliance in May, 2007.
