Sarfraz Aaron, I am PMP and PRINCE2 certified and have over 18 years of IT technical experience that ranges from being Technical Consultant, Project Manager and Development Manager, coupled with this, strong people management and technical skills.

I have been worked in a Project Management role since 2004. I have managed projects in Software development, Web development and Digital Interactive applications development using SDLC. I have excellent technical, communications and people skills.

The three main areas that I have worked include in and have extensive experience are: Project Management, Resource Management and People Management. The skills I have obtained allow me to work with people at all levels – technical to non-technical, how to get the best of people and finally how to make processes not too burdensome but at the same time required tools to align employees in a linear approach to achieve our goals.
