Profile for Pete Carroll.  Led a successful Agile Scrum project for a commercial insurance carrier, which ended in 2008.  The project included 7 Scrum teams, 70 team members, and 140,000 project hours of work.  The project was the first multi-team Agile project to be delivered at the insurance carrier. 

Completed a second project at a commercial insurance carrier with 12 teams, 110 team members, and 400,000 project hours of work.  This company focused on improvements around Scrum Master training, automated testing, and Sprint Retrospectives as compared to previous releases.

Working on a third project with approximately 18 teams, 200+ team membes, and 600,000 hours of project work.  The company is initiating an onshore/offshore model including Kanban and Agile Scrum methodologies and implementing a new testing tool/framework for manual and automated testing.
