Dave Prior is a Program and Portfolio Manager with over 12 years of experience managing IT and Technology projects. Dave began working with Agile methodologies in 1999 and has recently begun to focus primarily on blending Scrum with his experience using PMI's approach to Project Management. In addition to his work leading programs and projects, Dave also has extensive experience training Information Technology leaders in managing projects using both an Agile and a PMBOK based approach. His work as an educator has provided him with the opportunity to teach classes as far away as Dubai, Germany and Trinidad. 

Dave is currently serving as the Vice Chair of PMI's IT & Telecommunications SIG and will take over as Chair in January of 2008. In addition to being certified as both a Scrum Master and a PMP, Dave has an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
