Dave Prior is a Program and Portfolio Manager with 14 years of experience managing IT and Technology projects. Dave began working with Agile methodologies in 1999 and has more recently been focused on blending Scrum with his experience using PMI's approach to Project Management. In addition to his work leading programs and projects, Dave also has extensive experience training Information Technology leaders in managing projects using both an Agile and a PMBOK based approach. His work as an educator and speaker has provided him with the opportunity to lecture and teach classes in the U.S., Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Central America. 

Dave is currently serving as the Past Chair of PMI's IT & Telecommunications SIG after completing his term as Chair in 2008.  In addition to being certified as both a Certified Scrum Practitioner and a PMP, Dave has an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
