I became interested in Scrum in 2008 after hearing some ex-colleagues were working with it. I was working as a Project Manager at a small company in Pamplona, Spain, while also developing and I was fortunate enough to be able to begin implementing parts of Scrum while realising that we had been previously using aspects of Scrum without actually calling it that. I attended several talks and local conferences about Scrum and Agile methodologies and from there my interest grew and I wanted to be able to test myself in a larger environment, hence I work where I do now.

Having worked for several companies as a developer, I could instantly relate with the benefits that Scrum brings. That's why I'm passionate about Scrum and constantly improving the results for the PO and the team.
