At Red Hat I work as a JBoss Middleware Consultant in the Government and Defense space. From April 2012 to July 2012 I worked on an Internal project to develop SCAP content for JBoss EAP 5. During this time I played the role of Scrum Master for a small Scrum team. From July 2012 to January 2013 I worked on a Office of Naval Research project where I introduced Scrum to the project in the beginning and played the role of Scrum Master for the 6 person team. From Mid-January 2013 to Present I have been fulfilling the role as a Scrum Master for a U.S. Navy project under the Naval Education and Training Command. While I have been in this role I have provided guidance and training on Scrum not only to my team but also to several other teams who are interested in learning about and adopting Scrum.

From January 2011 Until August 2011 I worked with my Immediate Supervisor and Management to help Introduce Scrum to our local office and my current project. I worked with the Scrum Master to provide training to not only our team but also to Management so that they would better understand how to support the Scrum Process and a Scrum Team. I was a full time participating member of the Scrum Team once we fully implemented the Scrum Process in March of 2011.
