Lean Agile Project Manager at Global Relay
Vancouver, British Columbia Canada www.globalrelay.com
January 2011-Present
As the ScrumMaster for two development teams, I work closely with the product owners, key stakeholders, and software development team to develop, coach, and adapt lean agile and scrum processes in our development process, most notably: sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions, team-only retrospectives, company-wide sprint demos, and daily stand-ups.
For the lean teams, we focus largely on work-in-progress limits and ensuring business values are being met by working on high value items.
Operations Manager at Guide Productions

April 2010-December 2010
As the Operations Manager, I was responsible to key internal and external stakeholders for all software development. Specifically, the lead developer, lead QA analyst, and business analysts/project managers reported to me.
I oversaw the development of all software products, including setting expectations, managing scope, working with remotely located partners and vendors, and ensuring high quality products based that generally had aggressive timelines and cost-concious budgets.
Project Coordinator at Guide Productions

March 2006-March 2010
As the project coordinator, I introduced scrum processes to a small software development team. I also managed outward facing communication and coordination with external software development teams, vendors, partners, and potential clients. Specifically, I focused largely on managing scope and expectations, since these were the two most significant challenges facing our small contract-based client-heavy company.
