As a Service-, Project-, Interim Manager and ScrumMaster in both IT and business, I have successfully fore filled multiple roles and completed a multitude of projects in process implementations and process tuning. I am used to operating at any level and depending on the circumstances applying different leadership styles (situational leadership). My analytical skills, helicopter view, pragmatism and decisiveness are my strengths. 

I am able to (re) structure departments, to motivate, inspire and encourage people and challenge them to reach new horizons. 

As a coach I am always work from a human perspective, based on the principle that every person is unique, I have the ability to criticize and I am able to break through (behavioural) patterns. 

Core values for my approach are: (self-) respect, appreciation, awareness and being responsible and making decisions based on multiple insights. With these core challenges I can lead a team to take them to the next level. I challenge every team member to develop his or her skills. My approach for this process will always be based on future developments and possibilities where I am always seriously looking into the balance between personal and / or work. 

New ways of working (based on output and quality) and social media integration in both business and personal situations are hot topics today and have my full attention.
