Sami Lilja, coach and trainer at Reaktor in Helsinki, Finland. I have been working with Agile and Lean transformations since 2006. At that time I was working as a manager for Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) in Hangzhou, China, and helped the organization get started with Scrum. After returning to Finland in 2007, I continued as a manager for a while before moving to NSN Agile coaching team. After leaving NSN in 2010, I worked as a freelance and joined Reaktor in 2011.
I am enthusiastic about improving work: improving my work and helping other to improve theirs. To me, Scrum provides an excellent framework to start seeing differently.
I help teams and projects by coaching and giving trainings. Currently I am on my track to become Certified Scrum Trainer and I hope to get the certificate during 2013.
To me, Scrum is about learning. Scrum is about transparency. Scrum is about being confident that the next decision will be based on the best information available.
