Over the past several years I have had the opportunity to manage multiple development teams both local and abroad. These teams have achieved great success creating high quality reasonable cost software that met the business needs. All this with little to no turnover in staff. I have been able to effectively work with upper management to maintain expectations of risks and outcomes.

I have also had the opportunity to identify the need for a new department within the development organization with regard to support and maintenance. I lead the creation of this group which includes defining the rules by which this group would operate. This group effectively reduced distraction from the core new development group which increased their output of new funcitonality to the market and increased revenues for the company.
