Steve Wyllie;
I have a successful track record as a development manager, head of department, project manager, programme manager and now scrum master and agile coach, often directly managing or coaching multiple teams. This has involved using on-shore, off-shore and near-shore teams and external providers on a range of technologies and managing budgets up to £17 million.
Since 2007, I have helped clients use scrum to make faster and better software deliveries to demanding timescales, in environments that often involve a challenging mix of business and technology issues.
I have found that having extensive traditional and agile experience helps significantly when establishing a more agile approach in a traditional environment and dealing with the inevitable issues that arise.
My particular area of interest is using scrum to deliver meaningful business value and truly transform the world of work, not simply delivering 'more software'.
